yeah...I hear ya Borger.....I like the Desperado cleaner with the skull insert....I was just curious on those Superfilters...if they are that good...like better than the K&N.....being those filters would fit the E or G Teardrop cleaner

i like the gatlin but it would need to go chrome to match.......but the greatest thing would be to now be able to run a velocity stack with their mesh screen behind it and you wouldnt have to worry about not having an air filter......i like stacks but hear bad things about the performance of them......do you think using this screen behind a stack would be effective? or do you think it would still not run as well????????

I have a stack and my bike runs very well. I tried one of those screens behind it a couple of months ago and it ran like shit, took it right back out.

Shredder i am thinking on getting a stack sometime in the not so soon future, i think they look mean as hell.But i want to get an all flat black bike be opposite of what i have. I freaking love that look.. I think i would need a screen. It will be my travel bike for long distances can you put the screen in on the go if you see a storm a head you know like pull over an underpass and install with tool roll tools ? I geuss you can get rain socks for them also...

My stack is made by Eddie Trotta and they make a screen to fit them. I use a Wimmer rain sock on mine to keep junk out of it. No issues at all (yet).

Anybody ever end up getting one of these? I've been running a custom intake for a while now that's just a v-stack. I like the idea of SOME type of filter in it so I picked up the "torque screen" today. I'll report results I suppose, my decel pop is mild in just my rear pipe (shorter) but I kinda like it anyway. Hopefully this makes for more uniform airflow into the carb.
