exhaust bracket broke

So I was cleaning my bike the other day and noticed my big radius exhuast was really loose. Well after looking around I found the bracket in front of the rear wheel was broke. I called Doug at Wichita and the first thing he asked was if KC Creations put the upgraded bracket on when they put the pipes on. Of course I did not know. So he sent me a new brakcet for free and when it got here it was different. So KC Creations it still screwing me even after they shut down here in KC. :bang:

Thank goodness for Big Dog standing behind their name and taking care of me. This is the third time KC Creations has screwed me and Big Dog bailing them out.

There was a problem with the earlier versions of the brackets. If you call V&H's they were at one time sending free replacements. Mine broke also.

My Mean Mothers broke too, I welded it then painted it black.

Every issue I have had with my bike Big Dog has stepped up and taken care of it. Doug the service manager is awesome! he has really taken care of my issue. Plus if you go down there for service work he will buy you lunch and give you a tour of the town!

A little far for me to go, my closest dealer is in Daytona 2hrs away.

My bracket for the mean mothers exhaust split in half at 3k miles and Tampa Big Dog took care of the problem. Service Manager Mike Dean is a squared away dude - OUTSTANDING SERVICE from these folks!:2thumbs:
