Set clutch basket at 4 points. Each time, lift the primary chain... looking for high spots.
Set back wheel in air, or chalk mark at 12 and 6 o'clock... check drive chain, move 12-6 marks to horizontal position, and check the other 3 points of loose/tight feel.
The above two posts covered other areas... where say the half caps to hold down the handlebars, there are two styles. One is a step and the front is torqued first, the rear has a gap and that;s the crush-down is one side. Other style is flat caps, where you take a pack of feeler gauges and crush evenly the float-gap of both sides.
Suz uses flat caps. Bars would numb my forearms when racing. Found I just bolted them down, but took the feelers and buzz was gone next time out.
Note the rpm/speed, whichever reads, plus gear you are in. At what gear/speed/rpm does it begin?
