I was thinking the same thing! Was thinking if I should smash mine on the right side .... or go for the left and see if that turned out anymore twisted and utterly brilliant than this..... Ed I don't have the words to compliment your skillz!!!!!!!!!

Here is a good one. Ed e-mailed me today and said hes almost done would you like me to bring the tank to Tulsa and save you some cash on shipping which is practical. The thought has crossed my mind since i will be getting it 3 to 4 days before the Iron lightning party. Then i thought that would be like telling your child on Christmas eve you AINT opening presents till New Years day.So a shipping it will be... Thanks Ed for bringing Christmas to me in April !!!:whoop: :whoop: :whoop:

As far as price goes, if I had to do this again. It would be in the $2000 ballpark. I spent 3 weeks on this mural. One week was ate up fixing a screw-up that was my fault, so I don't count that. I put alot of extras and details into this one, mainly because I wanted the exposure. So I gave Rob a helluva deal. He was just at the right place at the right time. Being the first job I did for a forum member, I really wanted to show what I can do. Most paint jobs (as well as most clients ) don't go this far out. So it is a rarer opprotunity to go full tilt insane. And that is what I truly love to do!!! Lucky guy I guess.
As far as other crazy paint jobs... Hell Yeah. I have alot of them! We are working on a website to further showcase them. Stay tuned for this!
I will be cutting and buffing Rob's tank today, so finished product pictures will be posted this evening. Hope you dig it!!!

Saw it at the Beach and Biker Fest on South Padre.. forgot my camera so I had to make do with the cellphone. That's a new K-9 that Joe Harrison Motorsports out of San Antonio had at the show..

Hi BrianLo, Is that where this bike ended up? Here's a funny story: That bike was ordered and shipped to DC Cruisers in Washington DC. They wanted an Intense Psyco paint job (which I designed btw) with a twist. Something instead of the usual skulls. "Something a little edgier" they said. So after I got the sales dept.'s approval of my sketches, this is what happened. All my friends in the paint shop called this bike Shreck on Crack! So then it was delivered to DC Cruisers, and they didn't know what to think of it! They said they loved the paint job, and all the detail. But they didn't think they could sell it in their conservative market. I took a little flack about this from management. They said I went too far from the standard paint job. The only thing that saved my ass, is that I got prior approval form the sales dept. They wanted to pin it on me! It turned into a weird deal. There was even talk of sending it back to Wichita to sand it off and re-paint it with something more conservative! I didn't ever know what eventually happened to it. I'm glad to see that my Crack-head Shreck is still out there. That's great! Now next time you talk to Hank, tell him to send me some work!!!
