DAMN IT!!! I Just got a set last week and didn't think to check on here. I had to change the style of my rear lights because I got a Eagle Eye style and than figure out how to get them to fit the front. I was just looking to ask if everyone thought it would be okay to drill into my fender strut to mount the new lights when I saw this. I think the factory hole is 1/4 and the new lights are bigger, would it be okay to drill into the strut and fiberglass fender to make them fit? Once that is done, I have to cut them too because they will hit the tire and the wires come right out of them so I have to do it all just perfect so it doesn't rub and mess with the wiring. If I would of found the replacement lights it would be much easier but too late now, I have the new set. I noticed they are not DOT approved, anyone think that would be much of a issue?
