Erratic behavior in right rear turn signal/running light

I do have a question.........how long does it take for Sven to build a bike? He's been building one forever!
Nephew collects parts. Either he sees something on line, or we'd hit the swaps each month and buy whatever hung up the build. So on his end it took time to get the parts and how he visioned it. On my end it took literally hours for me to assemble it. From start to finish, building the wire harness takes half a day soldering and shrinking things out. And that's a bare minimum make run. 2 evo's. 1 totaled, start all over again with the same engine/trans, then flipped it. Shovelhead, ground up and flipped. Panhead, made a mockup then fiipped it, because someone wanted to finish it. Engines rebuilt from the ground up, sans the pan. Knuckle is the next build. Waiting for weather to cool off. Engine was gone thru by someone else. Nephew said he has all the parts... so he says. Time on my end? If I play from 8am to midnight? Maybe half a week of standing back and analing, the other half with a finished product.

Stitched the bulb to the other side, same behavior.
It's the blinker filament that's bad, ordered replacement bulb fr Donna/Derek

The LED issue was just a blown fuse
