I change the PCB switches and the bike started perfectly I just have one question on the start board there’s a wire with like a metal solenoid that goes into your housing how far deep into the housing is that supposed to go and does that control your brake light when you pull the front brake

I believe your original blinking problem was normal for when both High and Low beam filaments burn out. The Ehc is going back and forth trying to make the lamps come on. Hence the flashing. Serves as a warning that your headlamp is shot.

It activates the brake lights from the front brake lever.
