First - Pull headlight and check that the low beam is not burnt out.
If it is, replace with an LED unit light the daymakers from Amazon (around $40)
While in headlight bucket, check the connector -- there were ones with issues that burnt up, replace if needed.

With headlight disconnected, turn on bike and report on results

Check battery voltage. Sitting fully charged and off, battery should read 12.8v

Bad/weak batteries is the biggest issue on these bikes as a rule.

Disconnected my headlamp the high beam on the Speedometer keeps blinking even though headlamp is disconnectedWhen I activate hazard lights headlamp shuts off bike won’t start on either occasion I get completely nothing going to check battery now will get back to you

I know on my '07 bulldog I want to start it today and even though I had it on a tender the battery still went weaker than it was needed to start the bike, it cranked over and then immediately my hazards come on and it's always been like that for the last five six years that I've had the bike if the battery ever gets a little weak my hazards come on or put the bike on a charger it just now fully charged and went out and it cranked right up not sure if this is going to help but it's probably your battery check and make sure everything is tight.

But did you check with an OHM meter is the low beam filament is ok in the lamp.
The EHC will when not enopugh load detected on low beam auto switch to high beam and I have seen it bounce back and forth since it reads the switch and goes OH, no I should be low beam not high, then says, ah low beam looks bad (loop) It's a missing error trap in the EHC code. Should only do that once - low beam inadequate current go to high beam -- it should not reset by itself till switch thrown or power cycle. An easy miss in the code for the microcontroller in the EHC.

I agree with Mike, but what is causing it, is probably a shorted cell in the battery. It may read 12.8 voltage, but it needs to be load tested.
Replace it with a Deka battery. You can get it on Amazon or pick it up at a Harley shop.

It was the headlight bulb I changed it out highbeam and low beam working fine bike still won’t start sending a video of the lights on the EHC

When I turn the key blinking green instead of yellow light what you see in the picture I hold the run button for two three seconds I hit the stop button and then the red light appears which is in the second picture stays on for about 10/ 15 seconds and then shuts off and the yellow with the blinking green just stay on

OK, one problem down.

I'm with Shannon (Mr Wright), you really need to check that battery. If you have a voltmeter it should read 12.8v with bike off.

Why are you holding RUN button -- You only need press it once then press start.

You might have problems with the controls (PCB's) in the handlebars at this point.

I took the battery to AutoZone this morning they checked it they said it had no bad cells and that it was holding A full charge about for five months ago I was having a problem but I would hit my stop button and nothing was happening I have a feeling that was going on nowI’ve read a lot of threads about that it seems like I get power everywhere but I just get no reactions from my controls

When I say I get no reaction from my controls all my blinkers work my highbeam and low beam is working the hazards work it’s just the start button that gives me no reaction except for that red light that comes on after I hit the start button on the electronic control in the picture

I know that your bike is a lot newer than my 02 pit, but I had a similar thing happen to me. all the lights worked like they were supposed to, horn worked so I was kinda stumped as to why the start button wouldn't do anything. When I reached down to hit the slam button on the starter, I saw that the green actuator wire was disconnected from the solenoid. Hooked it back up and no problem with starting. Probably not what you have going on, but it's a thought. P.S. I'm usually wrong !

Check the voltage on the green wire on the starter when you press start.

Disconnect green wire. Key on, Press Run Use a jumper wire to go from 12V on starter to spade terminal where green wire was. This should engage the starter.

You could have a bad relay between the ehc and stater if the above works..

I change the PCB switches and the bike started perfectly I just have one question on the start board there’s a wire with like a metal solenoid that goes into your housing how far deep into the housing is that supposed to go and does that control your brake light when you pull the front brake

If your referring to the right hand control, the enclosed circular wire is a magnetic brake sensor and is adjustable with the small allen set screw.
