Electrical Issues figured out after WP install

hayseed, not for sure but I've read where if you installed an aftermarket tach I think this is where it gets connected.

I too installed the WP374 kit last year. I haven't had any problems for 500 miles. The other day I pulled into the gas station. Turned the bike off, filled the tank and bike would not start back up. There was no juice going to the starter, there was just a faint click. My battery is less than 8 months old and is top of the line Braille Battery. I'm willing to look at the switch with all the comments I'm reading but when I put the battery on the battery charger it clicks back and forth between 12V full and 0. I'm going to take the battery in to be tested. Has anyone else had similar problems?

Sounds like...

1. Battery went south (shorted cell)(My guess of your issue)
2. Poor connection on battery
3. Breaker or fuse from Regulator popped and battery went dead while riding


Put volt meter on green wire at starter solenoid and crank it
over and see what your voltage is (or isn't).
