Electrical Issue

I have this reoccurring electrical problem on my 2008 Pit-bull..
I turn the key on and everything energizes as expected..
Next time I go to energize>>> nothing.. nothing lights up but the turn signals will alternate flashing on and off like a factory silent alarm..
This is perplexing because it is a random issue..
Anybody ever experience this?
Any suggestions?
Battery is load tested good...

Flashing lights mean low battery voltage. Check the battery.

Okay... Intro done.... Does anybody know what the continuity readings should be for the main 40A fuse (5 poles)??
Have a solid yellow and blinking green LED when power on...
