Does this have some internal flasher? Is the flasher remote and outside? First thing first is outside housing ground integrity. So the deal here is to take a bare set of pliers, channel locks, any type of 'let me stretch this wire even is I want to ground the steel body, post, nut, something metal is post A. Now I take the other handle and tag the fork tube, upper or lower crown, or something not painted but billet so as if there is a hint of spark, the tag point is hidden or polished out is point B.

This is for a good bulb being the obvious it's lit. Say the bulb goes on, but no winking is happening. You are re-grounding the winker base again. This says no change is not the winker base(s). Cover both ends meaning.

So yes, the code lights are on, but who wants to hang the EE buy his ballseas or whoever thought up this pile box!? CheezeIS-H with the decoderingading and the blinking lights!
