An update to this... 4hrs on the lift a couple of EHCs and/or ECMs to find out there were a few shorts... one of which was the http://www.bigdogbiker.com/forums/t...bulldog-spark-plug-wire-recall.html#post79244

But I was on the phone with House when we heard the wonderfull sound of v-twin rumble! It was alive again!!!!!

Big props to Ohmster for working on it so diligently!!!!

When Big Dog to my bike to Kansas to work on it " Thanks Guys again " they said my wires had been cut on the diamond cut heads causing a lot of my issues then with the bike.....
Man, it does feel good to hear one of these beast come alive after being down. I know that feeling too.

hey check the charging system regulator as per it may be overcharging if is over 14 volts it will burn your head light. it happen to me and i almost went crazy. it took 3 burn bulbs
