I have an Ignition Module if Beezer hasn't found one yet.... let me know
It's too early to put it up for the "un-necessary cold season" .... I will not say S*#W this early

New Thunder heart Ignition finally did the trick. She's running :2thumbs: I still believe the EHC killed the old one and now think it killed the Speedo too. It's the only thing not working now. Odometer is out, speedo is out, Tach all lights come on and off intermittently. When I turn the key on the speedo needle goes straight down then up to the 30 mph mark, then nothing. Time to order a Dakota???? And yea Rob ( BDBRO1)before you say anything, all connections are good, LOL

Hell Scott, I wish you would have said something. I would have helped you out with this... not getting spark can be a common thing and with a multimeter can be troubleshooted.

You don't need the bolts on the bottom of the EHC. Some double sided tape for absorbtion and 2 zip ties would do it.

And I'm willing to bet it was the charging system, maybe just the VR that spiked the electronics. Keep an eye on that.

Glad you're up n running.

Last Post: Speedo works :whoop::whoop::whoop: I got her done. Mixed the A7 and A5 green Tach and Speedo wires. For those who will tackle this later, clean all that resin out of the connectors before you start. It will make it a lot easier to pick the right wire, especially when they are the same color and right next to each other. Im soooooooo pumped, :whoop::whoop::whoop::whoop::whoop::whoop::whoop:

That is why I always say... check it once, check it twice...

...Then check it a third time and just before you cut the wire, check it again.

...doing it that way works everytime. It takes longer to do the install....

But the trouble shooting is usually non-existent!

Glad to hear you got it nailed down! :2thumbs:

Really happy to hear you got everything working. Went for a noon ride today to Cave Creek Cigar shop for a short smoke. Was going to stop at the Hideaway for a drink but the place was empty around 1pm. About 85' out and cooling off this week. Down to 68' this morning at 6am. The pool water is getting cold at 80'.

Hope to get out this weekend for a ride with Mr. Breeze with his Pittbull. Ask Bro2 about his last oil change.
