Had my transmission let loose on me last year, bike has been in pieces since then. Sent my trans to Andrew a few months ago and am finally in the process of trying to button everything up. I went to hook my battery up today and found nothing powers up. Checked battery voltage at 12.73 volts, battery has been on a tender. Ground cable to starter has been checked, crimps are ok. Pulled the key switch harness apart and jumped the pins to complete the ground the the ehc and nothing. Just ohmed out the wires from the key switch back to the ehc connector and also the battery positive and negative wires to the other ehc plug, pins are perfect still, dielectric grease is still intact. Anyone had this problem where the controller just goes out with no other issues leading up to it? Seems really strange that after it's been sitting it won't power up, never had any issues in the past with the ehc. Wondering if there's any further tests I can perform on the ehc before writing it off as a failure..
