Have heard of people getting new EHCs but never heard of software cd. They either work or not, nothing to program to my knowledge

Noticed you are from Sweden, there is a lot of Dogs there. Member bohussound has a company called "Bikehouse Sweden" , they have fb-site too. They sell and fix Big Dogs. Contacting Dragan there might be the easiest route for you?

I too heard they don't send outside US anymore, that is a big blow for all the Big Dogs around the world. I wonder if they are moving international business to Big Dog?
