so i installed the RIP kit today. Everything is working except the left signal and high and low beam headlight switch the horn switch is the only thing working on the left side. The wiring on the backbone was easy to install just left and right side controls, sepdo, tach, front t/s, headlight, key, compression release , ignition. I'm i missing somthing? Thanks for the help

If I switch the right and left controls the left side will work for right hand control items. The right will only control the horn. Just like when I plug in in the way it should be.?

Curious, the miss pins from whom?

If I recall there were other RIP kits that came with mis pins.

If you can de-pin the JST connectors it isn't a major issue. I'm not trying to say it is in any way acceptable just not a major issue. However if you can't de-pin JST connectors then the only solution is to send it back in to have them corrected. If you buy the kit from WSW we will make the necessary adjustments immediately upon receipt of the unit and send it back same day or by the next morning and refund the shipping costs to get it back for repairs.

Bought mine back in May of last year, installed it 2 months ago, ran into problems, wrote KMW and never got a reply to date. About ready to switch to DOC

No, the problems are not still happening.
There is every possibility that you have other harness issues that need to be corrected though and that could be the case with any option you choose except a complete rewire with Harley style controls.

prior to installing it bike fired no problem with EHC. Now no spark. Some of the coding on the harness were different than my original. Was told this was plug n play but so far plug n pray. I'm a single parent with limited income so I was hoping this would do the trick but now I find out that I'm not the only one having problems. Havent received so much as an acknowledgment from KMW is a big red flag for me. Now I know that he's busy with his new projects and it is -20 here this morning so I still have some time to resolve my problem.

The main problem you now have is if you fry the RIP kit because it's wired wrong then I suppose they won't warranty it. They Don't call it R.I.P. for nothing...

If the RIP kit fries because they wired it wrong they cover it 100%.
If you fry something because "YOU" don't know what your doing of course they will not warranty it. I have had a couple of instances where customers made mistakes and KMW jumped right on it and took care of them.
I can't think of a supplier, off the top of my head, that will even consider letting you return electronic components installed or not ya shit stirrer..........:D
