EHC no lights on. but starts and runs

when searching for reasons why my dog is not charging I discovered the EHC lights do not come on
but it starts and everything still functions on the bike.

when I ride it the flashers go on and sometimes the speedo will go out. but still runs.

not sure what is going on

I'd say those are separate issues, charging does not go thru EHC

When flashers go on thata usually a sign of a low battery. Go get your battery load tested.

and check your voltage when its running should be 13.5 to 14.5

Had battery tested and 380 ca. 13.5 volts when running 13.8 when revved up.
I just need to know why i have no lights on ehc but still runs.

Lights on the EHC is not a good thing.
Pull the wire off your horn and try it if you want to see a light on. Then putt the wire back on, see. All is well.
