I would since they crimp the connectors perfectly. But that is me. I put some Deutsh plugs and crimps in my new head light and it works great.
I would humbly disagree with needing a Deutsch Pin Crimper these tools are between $250-300. I dont know about anyone else but I can not justify purchasing a $300 tool for 1 job. If you end up doing a bunch of installs then thats a different story.
I would however recommend buying a good heavy duty crimp tool. I picked up a 9" crimper at Harbor Freight for less than $10. When using the crimper ensure that you close it completly everytime and give the wire a good ol' tug afterwards.
I got my WirePlus from Jake but not sure if the company sends different connectors but the ones that were included in my kit looked like the below and my opinion do not need a $250 tool to be done correctly. If you want you can apply a bit of solder at the end the connector in addition to crimping it.
I would additionally recommend that if your kit did not come with this style connectors and came with the crappy ones with the tabs you fold over then order about 30 of these and use them instead. They are much easier to work with albeit will run you about $40 but will save time.
You can buy them at Batts Racing Deutsch DT Series Pins and Sockets they run about $1 a piece.
