I'm with Gas.. The EHC is not going to Click.. Just wondering if you have oil in the starter causing a high draw condition. Not an uncommon situation. Chk the connections at the battery. :2thumbs:
Compression releases will make it easier to start for sure ... But it has started fine till now right... so something has changed.. good luck and you will find your answers here ... Don't give up so easy... Besides you get a lot more looks on the Dog than any Metric..:whoop:

Saw a 2004 Chopper at BBBQ in Fayetteville, Ark. that just got a click, click, when trying to start. He opened his starter, cleaned the contacts and still got the click. What he found was a bad soldered connecting to the starter solenoid. Worked fine after he fixed that. Take the cover cap off the starter, check/clean the starter contacts, and manually push in the solenoid. If the starter turns over, you've got a bad connection to the starter solenoid.

heck these out. I'm also thinking about putting a set of these in my bike. Just called S&S and they said no problem.
