EHC BAD?

I got a 2007 big dog bulldog with fuel injection. Turn on key lights start flashing Like crazy. I hit the start button or any button and everything goes dead. The horn doesn't even work. Could it be EHC fired?

Start with a new battery. Put a Deka battery in it. You can pick one up at any Harley shop. Before you hook the wires back up to the battery, hold the positive and negative wires for the EHC together for a few seconds. This will discharge the capacitors and reset the EHC.

Could be the battery. Could be dirty and or loose cables.

You know I have heard of a EHC not working properly when it get's cold. Can the same thing happen if it's to hot?
