EFI Computer manufacturer?

Hello fellow Bigdog owners. Does anyone know what amnaufacturer that BIGDOG uses for their EFI?

It's an S&S VFI system, with proprietary Big Dog maps.....I think

thanks for the info...I found a place that is 100% positive that he can remap the computer....can this be true....he claims that the bikes from the factory always run lean and hot...I donot want the bike to run hot because I have booked my Sturgis trip and I understand that it can get hot hot hot..should I be concerned about this and have the computer remapped??...I just had oil a oil cooler installed and my baffles cut in half....wow what a difference, the bike runs like a bat out of hell now with a great sound...

The bikes do run lean...but DO NOT....I repeat...DO NOT let some one try to remap the EFI with anything but a Big Dog map. I don't think it is even possible, but if it is, I can promise you, that your warranty on your 30 thousand dollar bike just became a piece of shit paper flushed down the toilet! Just my opinion.

Thanks, that is the road I was going to take. Its running great now. Yes, I have had my share of EFI issues but it now seems to ok

As if that isn't normal to anybody else that is doing stuff to their bike!!!

I would like to see somebody yank that pre-set bdm crap out and power commander it!!

I guess you are right Gas. I'm just sorta cautious when it comes to that stuff. I would be curious to see if it is possible.
