I heard there was an storage building roof collapse on Beach St. from Matthew, the building was not approved for use and then a sink hole developed and there no way of knowing how many bikes were there cause they were swallowed up by the sink hole. No one has any pics for proof

I'm customizing my Harley and found 4* raked trees on Ebay for $590. Usually I cross check Amazon to see if it's cheaper but I never thought Amazon would carry these. I ordered the trees and paid for them. Today I get a notice from Amazon my trees would be shipped within 2 days....

I go to amazon and find them for $472........ So this guy selects a product from Amazon and puts it on ebay for $118 more and when I buy it he sends it to me as a gift....

I emailed him and told him to cancel the order or refund me at least $75. He said he would. You really have to cross check products on ebay with Amazon to see where to get the best deal...

Don't get me started, I got f'd over on Craigslist all because I didn't trust my gut. I even told my wife that the guy I was buying the car from was "sketchy " but I did it anyway???? Well 1200.00 dollars later just to get it to pass ca emissions. I am in the process of filing a small claim against the owner.

I think we should all trust our gut feelings more. I had the same thing. I had the trees on watch for 3 weeks and every night I'd look at them and try to decide if I should buy them. something inside said no but like you I did it anyway.

I lucked out because he did refund $75 so I only lost $48. The way I got that was I told him if he didn't refund the money and shipped the trees I would file a "not as described" claim with Ebay and Paypal would give me my money back and he could try to get the trees back. Trust your gut feelings... I hope you win in court.
