Ebay advise HELP

I put the K9 on Ebay and it sold. Its day 7 and I have only recieved 1 email last wednesday saying he would call after lunch. Nothing since. My Ebay knowledge is not very good. Any advise on what to do next. The guy had good feedback.

You can also re-list, but if you file a case, you will get your 'fees' back most of the time from Ebay.

As ebay states, a BID IS A CONTRACT! depends on how far you want to take it....

That's why most people say they will re-list or call other bidders if they don't receive the deposit within 48 hours. If you had a deposit in the listing, you are way past your 48 hours.....
