So I have my primary all opened up and the exhaust off and so on, going to do a new cable while I got it open and was wondering if anyone knew where to get these from. From what I understand they were a standard feature from 08 and up.. any info would be greatly appreciated..
BTW, Donna and derek don't have any right now.

I would be willing to bet that the master machinist Mr Wright could fix ya up..sorry for offering Shannon, the filter from my head to my typing fingers isn't working right now..:)

This has been discussed in my shop several times, but I've lacked information to tackle it. Thanks for the picture, that's the first time that I've seen the ramp lever. How many disks are being run on the easy pull clutch? I know there has to be more to it than just the ramp.

Almost looks like you could just modify the old style one with a bit of precision and the right bits on a drill press

Shannon it was designed for the 9 pack clutch on the newer dogs but you can still run it with 12..clutch adjustment is just a little less forgiving so gotta get the adjustment perfect.

Nothing more to it, just a more gradual ramp which make the pull easier. On HD they relocate the cable to get a longer fulcrum which in turn makes the pull easier.

There already is a very fine line between not getting in in neutral and not grabbing when you let the clutch out. Every Dog the leaves my shop, you can get it in neutral.
I always find neutral on mine.. just have to be rolling.. lol.. I'd love to be able to be at a light after downshifting and stopping and find neutral.. and I'm hoping between finding this nut loose and getting a easy pull clutch ramp would help a bit

The easy pull ramp is gonna make your finding neutral more difficult if you adjust your clutch to the 1/4 (90*) turn back off while using the 12 clutch pack that is OEM in your bike.
I installed the soft pull ramp and I continued to use the 12 disc clutch, but I found in order to find neutral when sitting that the adjustment is a fine line, and its much closer than the 1/4 turn back off, mine is more like 5*-7* and that was 10K miles ago. You can get it too close and wear out the throw out bearing quickly, but if you turn the adjustment rod in 6-10 times until you get a good feel for the throw out bearing you ever so slightly back it off enough to where finding neutral is easy done.
Another way is to bring the rpm's up to 2K and it will slip in to neutral also.
