Dyno results for a (almost) stock 08 Mastiff

Last Saturday in Sturgis I had Speed's Performance add a S&S filter to my 08 Mastiff that already had the pipes changed to Vance & Hines. Results were 107.3 h.p. and 117 ft.lbs. of torque. So those number are for a close to stock 117 motor with only pipes and a better filter. Runs much stronger but now backfires some at decel which it never did before.

SPP has done my bike twice. They really know there shit.
I would check your pipes to ensure the exhaust studs are tight and then try adjust the carb just a bit and see if you can tune that popping out.

Ray, I did just that and now it's gone. Bike still running GOOD! I'm with you. I think SPP are good people to deal with.
