First time riding a 300MM tire and it does take some getting used to thats for sure. Anyone here have any luck with Dyna Beads and making the turns a bit easier? Hae searched forums but looking for first hand experience. Coming for a 180mm up to new Bulldog wth 300mm.

Dyna beads are not going to make turning any easier. They just help balance the wheel.

Hit up a parking lot and practice those turns, pretty soon you will be weaving in and out like a sport bike  Well not exactly but as close as possible on a 9 foot bike. haha

Turning with a 300 requires pulling the inside of the handlebars and pushing the outside of the handlebars through the turn. Especially at speed. Go slow until you master it or you will find yourself over shooting corners in a bad way.

No offense I may have misunderstood your steering example but you would pull on the outside curve bar and push on the bar on the inside of the curve. Counter steer . the tire turns to the right to move the bike around a left hand curve when at speed.

Tks guy well aware of counter steering but was just looking for a shortcut. And have overshot a few corners on my first day! Luckly at slow speed.

hang your ass off the outside of the seat for better balance. and ,yes, countersteer is you friend. also, and this you probable know already, look as far ahead in the turn as you can to where you want to go, not in front of you where you are.

I agree 100%,,,, after a while you will feel tottally at ease with the turning radius of a 9 foot scooter even though you will not ever be able to blow into turns like a sports bike and possibly never get to race it at the Isle of Man either,,, you will look cool going a bit slower through curves,, It won't sound like a bunch of pissed off hornets coming ,, more like the Thunder!

If I really feel the need for speed I will go fly my plane! But much rather look cool getting there on my bike!

You did, and I meant exactly what I said.
I'm not talking about countersteering.
I'm talking about forced steering.
Counter Steering a BD will get you in trouble fast.
I can take corners hard and fast with my K9 through forced steering.
Pissed off more than one Harley Sport Riders and even a few not so good sport bike riders.
