I am not sure what the VOES wire hooks to. And the other wire that was hooked up to coil is that the tach wire? 04 mastiff any help would be appreciated

You won't use the VOES. Just cut the wire and heat shrink over the end of it.

Did the bike come with this system? We sell the system with instructions & the JST to allow you to plug it into the original wiring if it's still there. You can find them on our website in the product description.
