I have an 07 Mastiff. bought a Thunder Heart adjustable ignition and have had a lot of problems with reliability. Had to send it back twice for two different reasons. I was told to install a dyna 2000 ignition system. Witch
I would have to change the cam cover and some wiring issue's. Is this the best way for me to go? Thanks every one.

First time very late ignition on front cylinder. Second time tach just blinked. Now every time I ride the bike seems to have a different attitude. Trouble idleing, loading up at idle sometimes and a flat spot at 2200 rpms. some time's it runs perfect

Your Dog has a Crank sensor and not a cam sensor, so I don't know how changing your cam cover would help. I could be wrong, but I think that system will not work on your bike unless they make one for a late model 2006 and up like yours. The early model say 2004 or before had a cam sensor instead of a crank sensor. Replacement of ignition module was by way of the cam sensor cover.

Some one will chime in and clear this up, but I don't think it will work.

The one shop that I am dealing with said it would be a stand alone system. I will check on the sensor issue and if it will work. Thanks for the help

That tach not working with the TH could just have been progaming. Changing a 1 to a 0 or the other way around.
