Rep Power is built by helping people here and those people then giving you a slap on the back for the help.

go up to the tool bar at the top and click "FAQ", go to "user profile features", and go to "reputation" or any other item listed and all of your questions will be answered.

How often does it gets updated? I am asking this because in my User CP it states I have 9 points total, (4 Green & 5 Blue) but I am only showing 2
It is getting updated automatically or does it needs to be approved by an administrator first?
