I took my Vance and Hines to Midas and had them fix the weld because the heat shield broke. Thegyy welded it and it latest about 500 miles and broke off, I went back and he made a new bracket and it lasted about 4 miles before it came off completely. Well when he welded it he burnt the corm pretty bad on it and to top it off it came off. I went into the shop to talk to the manager yesterday and this is the good part. He told me too bad it's not there problem, I am just trying to get something done for free when all I asked was them to repair it. I said really, as I am holding the exhaust, is it really worth me contacting the BAR and taking you guys to small claims court over this, he got pissed, he said Prove it!!!! We have no record of you coming here and we didn't damage anything, I then kinda raised my voice and said, what is this damage than!? He got pissed!! He threw his pen at me, picked whatever he could grape and started throwing things at me and threaten me that he was going to fuck me up.... I laughed and kept my cool as he tried jumping over the counter to come at me.
I have been good for about ten years and I am not going to break someones face or hurt them like I have in the past 200 bucks and lose everything because some looser hasn't been laid before. I was just shocked that I was put in that position for something so little. As I laughed and left, he ran out behind me acting all bad ass ready to take his shirt off, I am still holding my entire exhaust system in my hands, I can't help thinking how hard I could swing this and knock him the F Out.... When he threw some trying to hit my truck is when I had had it, I drove off and called the cops. If there is one thing I love that I own more than my Chopper it would have to be my Truck..
He told the cops some BS about me telling him I said I was a cop and just a bunch of other crap that Never came from my lips. No one was around in the show room to be witness to say what happened, I just know I talked to Corperate and they had the owner call me, he won't fire the guy but told me sorry a hundred times. I just have to wonder that what If I was a women who pissed this looser or some old man, this was a bad. I still can't get over it and if I didn't have so much to lose, I would wait for him after work one day. I am moving this weekend over 60 miles away, it's not worth it to follow this up but I thought I would share this with everyone. The Midas I went to is in Lake Forest, Ca.
I won't bother with small claims, I am 43 now and I happened to go to small claims court today for the first time ever. I took my land lord to court over the flea problem we had when we moved into this place and rats. He don't have pets so when we moved in and my girlfriend and I were getting eaten alive for weeks before we knew what was eating us. My land losd took his time addressing this issue which was from the previous tenant and we suffered bad, I even ended up in the ER in shock from a allergic reaction to the bites, my throat closed and I couldn't breath. So here is the part I will never live down for the rest of my life. I ran out of ink on my photo printer, I had to take my Lap Top with me because I had all the pictures on it. I asked the judge if I could show him from my laptop, he said that would be ok.
I told the Sheriff it's pictures from 12 to 49, she said ok and she handed the laptop to the judge. So he went through the pictures and during the trail he was scrolling through my pictures and he all of a sudden says, what does the X Girl have to do with this case? I said, I am sorry your honor, what do you mean? He gave the Sheriff lady my laptop to give back to me to see.
So as she handed me the laptop after she looked at it too, there was a Picture of Britney Spears with her getting out of a car with her legs spread wide open and you can see her hairless Beaver as clear as Day!!!!
A few friends say it may help my case but I still turned Red as this forum!!!!

I won my court case for 7500 bucks plus 3500 from the last time I he took me to court, now it's time to collect.
D'oh!!!
