Does this Primary case look ok ??

Hey all, I'm a little concerned that this may be a prob with a bike I'm importing to NZ. Can someone give me a heads-up on what looks like a crack / repair could be? Is this a known problem? 107 motor, 2003 Husky. Cheers

It looks like the reflection of a crack in the concrete beneath the bike, maybe

Absolutely positively is the reflection of the crack in the concrete floor, you can even see loose pieces of concrete in the crack.:2thumbs:

Thanks for your input guys - was a genuine fuckn panic attack after I had someone point this out from a pic...the beauty of buying sight unseen...have other crap to deal with as well now bike has landed...belt rubbing blah blah. Cheers

Post up some pictures of your belt where it's rubbing. Might be just a simple adjustment if someone hasn't packed a bigger tire than normal under there.

I bought a 2003 Chopper that came with a 240 tire & the guy had put a 250 tire on it. My shop put a shim on the axle and the belt no longer rubs the sidewall. Worked for me!
