Does this Arleen Ness kickstand fit the K9?

Just installed it, bike is still on jack... On Upright position it sits better than Ness.... I have been on idle after hernia operation...

The length of my Ness stand wouldn't stay where I set it. So I adjusted to where I wanted it, took it off and drilled and tapped another set screw about 3/4" away from the stock one. I also ground another flat spot on the threads for the set screws.

Would you better off putting a pin in it, once you have established the length.

That's what I was wondering about, that skinny foot on the bottom. This Florida asphalt can get soft. Plus the ground can be very sandy or swampy. You can use a vertically stomped down beer can in a pinch, did I hear someone say something about rednecking. LMAO!

I do recall seeing some "wedges" for these stands (so the bike does not lean too much).... someone here had it mounted and it looked great.

Wow, that is way too far for me. that's why I bought the adjustable ness. The ness pic you posted, the end is rotated too far forward. Rotate the end so it's pointing straight out.

WTF....I thought these were made for our bikes??? If it needs a wedge, it should come with one! I havent actually used my ness I got from BDPK because its on lift for winter. Now I'm worried.

Right,
It sits nicely, but the bike do lean way much, looks scary and puts a lot of weight on stand!

After that clear hose wore off the "foot" it set perfectly parallel to the floor. I stopped changing out the clear hose.

I didn't mean parallel to the floor, from a top view it should be more perpendicular to the bilke centerline.

Weird, mine hit the brake line. I moved it slightly to clear but will still overtravel and hit if i swing it back hard.
