He contacted me and needs $16,300 for it to pay off the bank. I told him I can't swing that right now, from the other auctions that have ended on Ebay it isn't worth that. Here is the link.

Hope I did that right. I would make an offer on the bike on here but they are usually less expensive on Ebay. That is a nice bike though. My funding is limited right now and if I can pick one up on Ebay (like the '07 Ray found) I will be able to get one this year. Otherwise I will have to wait until next year.

Local Bike:
My 2004 Chopper. 16k miles, solid black, just had Steel Dreams replace every gasket, o-ring, rejetted, tires, battery, brakes, etc. so it's as good as new. $16k. Big radius exhaust, all stock besides.


Owner is getting a new pup.

The one thing you have to remember on the 04 models is that the 117 was a $1500 option just for the 117 then an additional $750 for the full motor and trans polish option. I bought my 04 in July of 05 and even after the year end discount they were still charging a little more for the 04's then brand new 05's if they had these options.

I live in Tulsa and work at Iron Lightning (Big Dog Dealership). I don't recognize this bike. I'd be afraid of it. I don't like the fact that this person put 'Iron Lightning' in the name of the auction. That gave me the creeps when I saw that. It's like he's trying to make himself credible.

So I got the scoop on this bike. It was originally from Arkansas. This is the
3rd owner and the guy paid way too much for it. He rode it once and got scared. He wanted Iron Lightning to resale it for him but wanted too much for it. It was not purchased from Iron Lightning or serviced here. He was in the computer because he bought some polish, sunglasses, and battery. The bike is relisted and I think the general manager is going to call to ask him to take our dealership's name off!
