Everytime I ride..!! First of all, it's law in Virginia, and for me...it's just the wise thing to do..!!!!

In Tennessee - Yes. I get in Kentucky and out on the open road I will loose the helmet if I am ridng with someone on a bagger to store it. If I am in town or in an otherwise conjested area, I wear a helmet 100% of the time.

if the state that i am in doesnt have the helmet law i ride without my state MD has the law,i tend to head to PA alot..if that answers your question
