Do Someone know my 2007 K9' former owner ?

Hi friends,

I bought my used K9 in NJ in Dic 31 2009, then I took it to Lima Peru. I made some repairs and I have enjoyed all this time my K9. Now I want to make some maintenance and change some gaskets, so I need to know if the engine underwent some improvements or modificatiosn. Maybe you recongnize this K9, its look has not changed except I changed to West Coast exahust, perhaps the first owner still a member of big dog bikers can coment some of my loved k9. I attach some pictures. I hope some of you know my bike.

I am sorry to hack your thread... but this is something it has been in mind for a long time....


If I give you the VIN No......... Can someone of you... ( I know here more than one has the right contacts) could, please, find out where, who, W, W , W , W etc. my bike 06 K9 comes from?

I am finding hard to believe she's got only 800 miles....

I would really appreacite if someone could give me some light on it :2thumbs:

Nice Franco. I am from Peru where most Vtwin riders know each other here. Cuando visitas Peru para dar una vuelta, tenemos un evento en el Cusco todos los años. Seria estupendo que pudiesen venir. Ojala. Un abrazo.

I saw a buddy’s K9 (Skully) after he sold it at Leesburg a couple years ago (when my clutch cable let go). I was sitting there thinking shit the out of the corner of my eye I see this cool K9 rolling off the side of the road behind me and I thought shit that’s Skully, Shit that’s Skully on FIRE!!!!! Bad day for Dogs at that intersection!!! :rolleyes:

I finally got it. Fortunatelly is not Skully. Thanks friends. Since I have his name I will try to contact the previous owner if the group rules allow it. Pls comments.

The bike was mine it was totalled in late 2009 by my insurance company. It had 7500 miles on it when I was rudely cut off on rt 15 and had to dump her to avoid wearing chrome for a mouth piece. Glad someone was able to put her back together. The tank was pretty scratched up the steering stop was broken off and I was told my frame was bent. The air ride works with the on off switch when the bike is turned on if you havent figured that out yet. I had the short disorder exhaust on it with the ss dual intake.

Good Ed. I think someone else reapaired it before selling or the insurance overstated, I received the frame OK, no bent, I repainted the gast tank and front frender, We have good paint craftsman in Peru. Anyway the bike is runnig perfect. Attached are some pictures with the west cost choppers exhaust.
