DM 3 or 5" extenders

Has anyone used or seen the DM extenders? i'm interested in a set.

I've installed the BDM 2.5" extensions. For a 6'4" dude like me, that's plenty. The 3" and 5" are aftermarket and not BDM. The kit is the same (frame plates, hardware and longer shift rod). I'm sure it fits fine.

Here's the real issue with the longer extensions. The stock front brake line is too short for any externsion beyond 2.5".

The DMCustom extension sets come with brakeline extension also! 3, 4 or 5", see other links

Have the 3" on my Mastiff, they worked out great, very easy install. I did have to buy a longer brake line, about $30 bucks at a local bike shop, no big deal. Extremely happy with mine. Great service also.

I originally had the 2.5 BDM extensions on my 07 K9. They were never enough. My knees would end up pointing out on long rides and not comfortable. Now have the 5 inch extensions and they are great. Brake line and shift rod extenders come with the kit.
FYI - 34 inseam, 6' 1"

Also the most important thing that you should consider when deciding what kit to buy is the length of your legs (inseam size). I'm 6' and thought I needed the 4" too, ended up with a 2.5" from Derek/Donna and it worked perfect. Check their eBay store "Shovelheadkicker" or just contact her/him on here, she/he checks in here daily.

I have the 3" kit that I never installed, chrome and brake line extension. I was going to install it but since I use the Tribal Forward controls the clock is out far enough for me and I am 6' 3". I paid $210 plus shipping $7.00 and I'll sell if for the same amount. Still new never installed if your interested let me know.
