That kinda shocked the poopie out of me.
I was not expecting the stock pipe to be the contact point with the road. I am used to using the foot pegs on my old VTX as the contact guide with aggressive turns, and being that the pegs have natural give in them, they don't really upset the bike when it happens. Well you can imagine my surprise when taking an aggressive right turn with a heavy lean at about 30, only to have the rear part of the pipe make contact (there is no give in that contact). Almost sent me into a slide, but I got the right foot down in time and kept her up.
Definitely woke me up.
