Dimly lit oil light

Oil light comes on at start up as normal but then stays on but dim...any suggestions?

Dim oil light ??? that happens on my scoot when I get my instruments wet from washing ... goes away after iit dries

oil sending unit is an on / off type of signal ... it will either be on (bright) or off.

check and dry your connections to your instrument.
