Did all the 03 Choppers come with S&S headers?

This is a new one to me. Havn't seen this before. It is a 03 chopper, with a 107 engine, and those are TP rockers on it.

Seller says he bought it from someone named Curt when BDM was located on Dort highway (I'm guessing prior to their shutdown/re-opening)

Maybe someone replaced the S&S with those? Or could that be a Rev Tech motor? Or some other?

my 2002 bd bulldog had a tp pro series 107 engine in it stock, maybe this is a leftover. It was a real good engine never had any problems.
