Mine reads from bottom to top also, I haven't had a chance to check Missouri yet, but I think it needs to read from top to bottom. I know in some states, they will gig you for that. Kind of like Florida, where your not suppose to have it sideways.
Got that right. Theres actually 2 statutes for a vertical plate in FL. One says its ok as long as you have a transponder for toll rolls. The second says all DMV plates, no matter the vehicle must be mounted horizontal. Its interesting how they make laws that counter other laws, but they never "clean out" the laws. No its confusing as hell.:bang:

Looks like there are 3 then. This from 2012 says nothing about transponder...
