I was one of the few people who actually showed up for the Devil Dawgs dyno shootout today. I ended up getting my three pulls for free (I won my class, since all I had to do was beat a stock Ultra).

I wish I had made it by there but just could not make it happen. My GF had surgery on her foot and was a bit worse than we expected, and my right hip was giving me hell (injury from a MC accident) and I have trouble holding the bike up when it bothers me. I'm kinda bummed that I didn't make it over there. Guess I'll just have to wait 'till next season for a cheap dyno run.

Looking at the guy operating the dyno hard to say looks like he only shifted to third gear then made the pull. You are right numbers should be closer together makes me think the dyno was reading rear wheel slippage on those spikes or the rpm had the wrong calibration input to the dyno?

I would also say someone did not know what they were doing. 114.01-157.37 spread on tork and 71.7-88.7 on horse power. I would say that is fucked up deal. Sure glad you didn't have to pay for it because I think you didn't get much in return.

I asked but they could not explain the spike. I did not get a real good feeling that they were really set up to handle the Big Dog, but I did get some A/F numbers. Hey, I got what I paid for, since I paid nothing.

Baldielox, I am in Sterling.
