Derek McCloud (shovelheadkicker)

For those of us that have purchased Big Dog parts on eBay from shovelheadkicker and bigdogpartsking, i.e. Derek McCloud, I came across an article that I thought everyone would find enjoyable and gives a little background on the guy we now get our hard to find parts from. I myself have purchased parts through them and usually talk to the super nice Donna when I call. Can't say anything bad about them and have always had great customer support. Just thought it was neat to know a little background on Derek and why he only sells online and also why he only has to work one day a week..lol. Here's the link to the article..enjoy!

Just recieved a new set of trees from him today. Once again...super fast shipping in great condition. I did try emailing Donna several times to see if they offered a forum discount but she replied with the phone #. Called several times and left messages but she never returned the call so I guess thats a no...lol

The discount is free shipping for forum members. You have to tell them when they call you back.

If they don't call back same day, try again the next day.

Sometimes they can't understand the number (true for any time you leave a message on a recording, especially from a cell phone).
