Yes, that is him. I texted him stating that that would be my last communication with him. That I was adding an additional $35 per day for the non-payment (on the advise of my lawyer), as well as all legal fees associated with this collection. These late fees began on the date he promised payment, may 8. So a $312.50 balance is quickly growing to be much more. My legal man is putting a letter together now. He should get it soon.

Thr reality of it all Ed everyone of here knows you do the best paint work we can get for our scooters, we trust you with our stuff and that screwing people over will catch up with him some day. I have 0 patience for crap as well, but I have been screwed over the same way more than once too, more money too.
It leaves a "Baked on Enamel Shit" taste in your mouth for sure, sometimes it is about impossible to get a blood out of a turnip too, you can still beat the hell out of just to make sure. Everytime I have been screwed over it was because I trusted them and some people are just not trustworthy.

Slander is only slander when it isn't true. I provided a service for him that he did not completely pay for. Therefore he has stolen from me, and considering this is how I provide for my family, he has stolen from them too. I have no sympathy, patience, or tolerance for a common thief.
