Went for a ride yesterday and just going through town at about 30mph my 06 K9 just died. Just like you shut the key off. No lights tach horn signals. NOTHING. Turn the key on and off and still nothing. Has the wires plus kit in it. Battery has power but nothing else. Please help PLEASE.

Do a check of your wiring first. No loose connections ect. Then check the fuse under the seat. If it has blown, check the headlight bulb.

Ok finally able to do some checking and found a bad main fuse. So after replacing and turning on the switch my horn goes off and both turn signals start blinking and the WiresPlus control module starts smoking. I shut it off and unplug the module and no smoke. Plug in the big plug and it starts smoking out of the hole where the screw goes through. Gut the ground wire and no smoke. Touch the wire to ground and it smokes again. ANyone have any idea please please please help.

I just replaced em last year. Went through the wires then and found a bad headlight plug. Replaced both modules and went to a new plug and led setup. No this. I cant see any wires that are bad. Hope maybe the module is under warranty. If not how much for your parts?

Anyone else have an option other than Wire-Plus. I am tired of changing this shit every year. Replaced it all last year and now again this year? Says I ordered on 7/24/15 and the warranty ran out on 7/3/16. I cant afford $500 plus every year!!!! Says I have a charging issue but have new battery and all wires look good. Kinda hard to start and check stuff now that their shit keeps frying.
