I have a question for the other guys out there that have replaced their sensors....
Have you replaced it with a Big Dog Sensor that has the electronics molded to the alloy disc OR have you replaced it with a Harley or aftermarket one that has the electronic part just held against the disc by a tab...
The reason I ask is because I suspect that maybe the Big Dog sensor have a higher fail rate because of the heat being transferred from the block, into the alloy disc and then into the electronics. On the sensors with the tab, the heat transfer will not be as efficient so the electronics are not getting as hot and lasting longer.....
This is just a thought, what do you guys think??
