Mornin' all, anyone experienced this issue?

Ignition on, kill switch to run, nothing happens when starter button is pressed ! After several, on to off to on to off to on with the kill switch it eventually allows the starter button to do its job.

Having heard bad things about BDM electrics I am loath to pull any switches apart yet in case it's to do with the ECM etc. It's a 2005 Chopper. Any help appreciated.

when you turn on key speedo does sweep??
check connection at starter solenoid little green wire
plugged in on right side of your bike to top of starter.

I would think you already know the answer if you have to play with that switch for it to finally work.

Had similar problem, got new bdm ignition switch from DOC's, problem solved.
