If ya'll get together, talk about a non-bikeweek gathering, and have one on me sorry for the rantwell a note southern thunder has since changed it name to bigdog of atl,, now thay are out of bussiness, a tiny hole in the wall.. I bought my bike from them to. lowest price also..but thay really didnt know shit..I think the deal with my bike may have been 1 of the last straws that broke them with bdm,, there dealership was pulled from them shortly after,, then slowly thay went down..I'm so over the bull-shit surrounding these bikeweeks.....it really has lost all it's appeal for me. I lived 40 minutes from Daytona and you couldn't pay me to attend, and the same goes for Myrtle Beach. Greed has taken over these locations. :bang:
In 2003 when I was shopping for my bike I found I was able to save $6k buying from Southern Thunder in Atlanta....they even delivered it to my door in Orlando. The only way these butt heads will get the message is if it hits them where it hurts. Take the business where it is appreciated.
I know I'm missing out on hooking up with fellow BD owners but I also know there is a way around it.
