DAYTEC FRAME?

ANYONE HERE have air ride on the daytec frame? IM trying to find out where two bolts go (beside in my tool box) go.They have a hole drilled down from the top to bottom of threads.Air line must go thru them.WTF do they bolt up to?Can someone here take a look. IM waiting on a manual :cheers: 05chop

Checked my manual. Full illustration of the shocks and solenoid but no description of the bolts or wires. Manual only shows one air line going from solenoid to couple to airline. Then at the shock it goes to coupler and into a schrader valve. Thats all is says and shows.

NELSON!!!!! YOUR GOOD !!!!THANKS!!!!.Read the installation manual and says nothing about the 5/16 bolts with a hole drilled from top to bottom.IM assuming they go in my tool box.Thanks ray this site rocks I will let you know how it goes with the air ride. 05chop:cheers:

I will reply to my own post.Ok from what i see is that these special bolts with the hole drilled thur them are pilot holes for the kick stand.you must relocate the stand.Im not going this route.I decided to make this arlen ness kickstand work. After i in stalled the air shocks i found out how low it will go.pics coming soon.05chop:cheers:

TRY this again.Just wanted to say thanks to sul,hoat,nelson,raywood,on the tech advice on my air shock install.Here are some pic of lowered dt chopper and kick stand mod to frame.Going with a 06 chopper bump stop,does better job than the donuts. I found out what the 5/16 bolts do with the hole in the top.Good bdm engineering
