was riding home tonight after hanging with some bros and hoes. lead a part of the group towards the highway then hit backroads alone on my way home. couple of nice stretches of empty road so i grabbed a grip and a half while in 4th gear, just to remind me what was under me, and the damn bike wouldnt stop trying to lift out from under me till I needed to throttle down. not even an option to shift into fifth and continue.

these damned 117's!

Better threaten to sue the Big Dog Factory for this obvious defect that you cannot control due to your lack of mechanical abilities. Better find some motorcycle forum and bitch, complain, and whine about this problem that everyone knows about and everyone is having issues with and why wont anyone at the factory or at NHTB come to the rescue and issue a long overdue recall before someone gets killed, or worse and has to live with the consequences of all this power.

Thats it I am calling my lawyer and getting the EPA involved, these bikes need to be de-tuned further. I see additional restrictor plates in the carb/intake, exhaust that hurricane force winds wouldnt be able to pass through, smaller rear tires, oh and while I am at it. A roll cage!! How about a governor, you dont need to twist that throttle more than a 1/4 of a turn. So go complain on some other forum.:D:D:D:roll:

Yep its Friday everybody and going to be great weather here for riding, Hope its the same where you are

Sounds like a weak wrist there Marv?

nahh. :D

the PSI has a looong pull. to get WOT you gots to grab it quite a bit higher. so usually i ride with only 3/4 throttle. every once in a while i get that high grip but it always seems to piss off the HD guys in the pack.

"fuckin BigDog"
