Cutting out

My 07 BUll Dog cuts out and back fires on acceleration only for the first few miles around 2500 rpm I have been dealing with it and it runs great after the first few miles. Today I let'er sit and idle for about 5 minn. just to see if this was a warm up issue but still got the same results. My question is do these "big CID's" have a tendency of loading up a little?

That's a classic issue of a fouled motor from using the enrichener but if I don't know any better aren't all the Bulldogs now EFI?

Still sounds like it fouled though.
Good luck,
Ray

Sounds like a possible sensor problem not adjusting the mixture properly when cold and taking too long transitioning to warm or operating temp.

Have you pulled the plugs to see check for an over rich condition? I would start with a fresh set of plugs and see what its doing. Do you smell gas? is smoke coming out of your pipes? if not, its not rich its lean which means your starting circuit is not working and needs attention (sensor, module ..) check BD diagnostic flow chart for more details or take it to the dealer.
